PERCH

Perch (Perca fluviatilis) can be obtained from Lake Miekojärvi in Lapland (Finland) all year round, but the fishing seasons are May to June and August to September. Perch are caught with fyke nets, fish traps, nets and rods.

It is possible to purchase perch from Lapland Wild Fish:

• Exsanguinated
• Gutted
• In filets
• As scaled pan perch
