IDE

Ide is available from Lake Miekojärvi from  April to  September.

Ide is caught with fyke nets and fish traps. Ide is a delicious ingredient in fish patties and fish balls. Traditionally, it is very good and beautiful colored salted fish. Ide is considered high in nutritional value.

• Descaled ground filet
• Filet with scales
